A former engineer of the US Air Force with the help of his telescope managed to capture a UFO measuring 250 meters, which flies at a speed of 48,000 km / h. We are talking about Frederick Portigal. He managed to photograph neither one nor two ships. This is a whole series of pictures. The data obtained by Frederick has been confirmed as authentic by the US National Air and Space Intelligence Agency (NASIC).

Do you know anything about hyperspectral imaging?  We will tell you a little. Hyperspectral remote sensing, also known as image spectroscopy, is a method being researched by scientists to detect and identify minerals, terrestrial plants, as well as artificial materials and landscapes. 

Hyperspectral imaging, as well as spectral imaging, collects and processes information from the entire electromagnetic spectrum. The human eye sees light in three ranges (red, green, and blue), whereas spectral imaging divides the spectrum into a larger number of ranges. This method of dividing the image into strips can be used outside the visible range.

The method is used in agriculture, mineralogy, physics and surveillance systems, criminology, etc. A hyperspectral sensor examines an object using most of the electromagnetic spectrum. Some objects leave unique "prints" in the entire range of the electromagnetic spectrum. These prints are spectral features of the substance by which it is possible to recognize the materials included in the object under study. For example, spectral lines of oil help mineralogists find new oil deposits.

Hyperspectral detectors collect information in the form of a set of "images". Each image is obtained in a certain range of the electromagnetic spectrum and is also known as the spectral range. These "images" are then combined to form a three-dimensional hyperspectral volume of data for processing and analysis.

The quality of hyperspectral cameras is usually characterized by spectral resolution, that is, the width of each band of the captured spectrum. If the spectrum of the desired object contains a large number of sufficiently narrow frequency ranges, it is possible to identify objects, even if they have a size of several pixels in the image. However, spatial resolution is a complementary factor to spectral resolution. If the pixel size is too large, then several objects in this pixel are captured, which are then difficult to distinguish. If the pixel size is too small, then the light energy received by each pixel of the sensor is small, and a decrease in the signal-to-noise ratio reduces the accuracy of the measured parameters.

The practical part or what really?

Colleagues ufologists in this part all begin to list an infinite number of regalia of this scientist. You and I will go the other way. It doesn't matter what your titles are if you're saying the right things or talking nonsense. We have the images obtained by Frederick and a description of the principle of the method. But first, let's quote the statements he made based on the information received. Frederick Portigal has a message for our world - giant alien ships are entering the Earth through the portal.

There would be no plasma field if they were in synchronous orbit outside the atmosphere. The lower they are in the atmosphere, the more energy they must use to appear to be in the star's frame of reference. Therefore, I think they are in the ionosphere, which allows me to estimate the width of the plasma field of the mothership at about 250 meters. Aliens are using wormhole penetration technology and these plasma-like UFOs near the Earth's surface are moving at a speed of 48,000 kilometers per hour.

A telescopic video taken by Portigal captured the amazing appearance of plasma-like objects flying at an incomprehensible speed in the vicinity of the Petroglyph National Monument near Albuquerque, New Mexico. His telescope was located at Sandia Heights with a viewing range of about 15 miles. Shortly after the DNI submitted a report on unidentified aerial phenomena to Congress, Portigal wrote on LinkedIn expressing his disappointment at the lack of clarity in the government's efforts.

I decided that the recent Congressional report on UFOs lacks details regarding the category "extraterrestrial", given what I provided to NASIC and DIA. I have to address people directly. They should know. They have all this data that proves that giant motherships are entering our world, with smaller ships on board, and which fly out of the motherships and stay here, and the motherships fly away and return with new cargo.

This has been happening since at least 2008 when we first recorded their appearance. The military and the government have all the information and they are now themselves observing the ongoing expansion of aliens to Earth. Why do they transport their ships to us in such numbers? Why is the government silent about this?

According to Portigal, the Ministry of Defense has created a special hyperspectral telescope, which they call "binoculars for hunting aliens." The technology is based on Frederick's personal telescope and has been refined using $750,000 from the Air Force Research Laboratory. According to Frederick, the video from his own telescope was published on a platform that uses blockchain technology to prevent the manipulation of evidence.

The video begins with a concentration on a white sphere — such glowing balls are very often observed by many eyewitnesses of the appearance of UFOs in our sky, but they do not see what is hidden behind this plasma screen.

Simply put, intense energy collected in one visible place looks to the naked eye like a highly illuminated ball. Once the Frederick sensor can analyze the plasma and estimate the volume of gases, it can build a picture of the object hidden behind the plasma shell, showing the true outlines of pyramid-shaped and other various forms of UFOs that were dropped by a large mothership.

The telescope is an 8-inch Newtonian reflector made by Celestron, with an imaging device of the Solar System Celestron. The video camera is a Celestron NexImage with a philips toucam lens, which is not designed for the eyepiece of a telescope.

The position of the skeptic

The first thing we want to say is about the disadvantages of this method. The difficulties of analyzing hyperspectral images are related to three circumstances:

  1. multi-pixel arrays of hyperspectral data;
  2. a large number of spectral channels;
  3. complex behavior (with a large number of extremes) of spectral curves.

Hyperspectral images usually contain tens of thousands of pixels and hundreds of spectral channels ( about several nanometers wide). At the same time, the complete neighborhoods of each pixel, as a rule, contain highly redundant information. Therefore, when processing such images, it becomes necessary to first obtain smaller arrays of source data while preserving the most essential information about the image. Thus, one of the important preliminary stages of working with hyperspectral images is to obtain a new, smaller
(compressed) set of representative (and non-redundant) image characteristics. This procedure is closely related to the selection of a set of generalized non-redundant image characteristics, usually called "features" (higher-level features). The acquisition of features is based on the identification and exclusion of redundant information and hidden correlations contained in the original hyperspectral data.

In other words, we have an excessive amount of data that can be interpreted in very different ways. If we look at the presented video, we will see that it is completely unclear where the camera is pointing, there is a feeling that the lens is pointed at Sirius in general. For the purity of the experiment, it would be worth making two images, one classic, the second after processing. Or a video of the experiment itself. We remind you that the authenticity of the video itself does not mean that the elements depicted on it are something specific.

Our team was not convinced by this approach. I really hope that the author is really trying to find the truth, and not just sell something on the wave of hype.
