Solar Warden - The Secret US Space Program - Radiant Guardian
Among ufologists, a hypothesis has been put forward about the existence of spaceships that monitor the movement of aliens and protect our Solar System from attack. It sounds like the plot of a science fiction movie or a figment of an inflamed imagination. However, some claim that there is evidence of the existence of a project called Solar Warden. The program also includes offensive missions to other star clusters and protection of the Earth from potential attacks from secret space programs (SSPs).
Around the late 90s, Solar Warden changed its name to Radiant Guardian.
Before an extraterrestrial vessel can enter our solar system, it receives protocols (signals) transmitted from one of several beacons outside our solar system. Alien "guests" must stay in a certain square of space until they are identified for hostility. They then receive the permitted flight path from the air traffic controller.
The solar system is divided into grids, which are further divided into patrol zones. This is the area where there should be none of the ships. Violators are either " chased away" or" invited", depending on the circumstances. The patrols are well-equipped enough to carry out full-scale airstrikes against a suspected enemy.
The Solar Warden fleet consists of eight battle groups: aircraft carriers, fighter jets, triangular shuttles, research vessels, transport vessels, hospital ships, and supply vessels. "Guardians" can be up to two kilometers long. Small carriers are modular and can function as research vessels, military transport vessels, or hospital vessels.
The space modules were designed so that they could carry a significant number of ships for a long period of time and travel to other star systems. Although Solar Warden mostly stayed only inside our solar system and the local star cluster, only with rare exceptions left them.

Small space bases are scattered throughout our solar system, so that at any time the program participants can get up for repairs, refuel, hold a conference, etc. Also, the bases are located on satellites, in nearby star systems and on Venus, on its surface and in its upper atmosphere.
The "Solar Warden" recruits mainly American, as well as Canadian, British, and Australian military personnel. And the leading engineers are mostly German and a few Chinese scientists.
If the Solar Warden program really exists, it would require technologies that are several generations ahead of the current level of the military industry. Some of these technologies may have been borrowed from extraterrestrials.

Astronaut Dr. Edgar Mitchell, the sixth person to set foot on the moon, has long been convinced that aliens visited Earth. He raised this topic in several interviews, stating that there are, of course, extraterrestrial civilizations outside of our Solar system. They were no doubt visiting Earth, and the US government could have gained access to alien technology.
I believe that in the last 60 years there have been some attempts to create equipment using these technologies, but they are still far inferior to the equipment of aliens
Dr. Mitchell said in an interview with Kerrang Radio on July 23, 2008.
In 2001, Scottish hacker Gary McKinnon broke into the databases of NASA and the US Navy, as well as the US authorities, to obtain secret information about the existence of alternative energy or zero-energy technology, he said in an interview with Wired 2006.
During the break-in, he allegedly found a table where a list of "extraterrestrial officers" was posted, he told Wired. Another document referred to the "fleet", but McKinnon did not find the name of any American warships. He believes that it was about the officers of the "space fleet".
If you read the literature of DARPA (the US Defense Advanced Research Projects agency), then in the last few years they have been constantly talking about "space dominance", so I think it is quite natural to expect that they want to control space and develop secret space technologies. Although I think they use alien technology.
McKinnon said in an interview with Project Camelot
McKinnon said that he was calculated at the moment when he was looking at the UFO image obtained from the NASA computer at the Johnson Space Center. A few months later, in March 2002, the authorities charged him with serious hacking charges. This threatened 70 years in prison and a fine of $2 million. For several years, the US authorities unsuccessfully sought his extradition, but in the end, the British government rejected the American demand.
Project Camelot has suggested that McKinnon collected incriminating information during his break-ins and used it as leverage to prevent extradition. McKinnon himself refuses to comment on whether he has such information. Solar Warden-a supposedly top-secret space fleet. It is not known where this name came from. If this program actually exists, it would require an incredible financial cost.
In 2013, the US budget for secret programs amounted to $52.6 billion, the Washington Post reported. In 2011, the U.S. government spent $718 billion on national defense and international security.
However, if the US authorities decided to build a space flotilla based on the latest technologies and developments, they could well use this money, especially in the case of participation in the financing of the project of several countries.
In the United States, there are military units associated with space programs that have their own command including the Air Force Space Force (AFSPC) and the Naval Space Force (SPAWAR).
These units have public websites, and they help coordinate military forces on the ground, in the air, and at sea. It is unclear whether they are related to the Solar Warden project, or whether this proposed project has its own independent command.
No matter how tempting this conspiracy theory is, we must understand that we do not have objective data that can be viewed live. In my opinion, the most likely version, if there is such a fleet, then it belongs to aliens, not people. The involvement of people in this issue can hardly be of a managerial nature... But...
