The emergency landing of a UFO in Welsh Roswell in 1974 is a well-documented event, and there is ample evidence to support its occurrence.
According to the source, it was a cold January night in 1974, when the earth trembled and bright lights appeared in the sky over the Berwin Mountains. The incident was named the "Welsh Roswell" in honor of the infamous place in New Mexico, where an alien ship allegedly crash-landed in 1947.
Eyewitnesses, fearing a new tremor, ran out of their homes to see "something falling down" and a flash of light over the city of Bala. One local woman, whose father worked in the Ministry of Defense, said that as a child she was woken up by a strong explosion, the strength of which was 3.5 points on the Richter scale, adding that she and her brother were told to go back to bed.
She later said that she heard people talking in the house about phone calls, and when she looked out the window, she saw something big being loaded into the back of a truck, although she didn't know what it was. Also, a witness of those events recalled that there were many soldiers in that area.
Many years later, her father told her that a Russian ship in the Irish Sea had fired a missile "in the wrong direction", which then hit something and had to be picked up by the military. The Gwynedd Police Major Incident Log for January 23 also recorded an explosion in the evening, when one employee received a huge number of calls that an unidentified flying object had been spotted.

However, despite the fact that local search and rescue teams were sent to the site, one of which arrived from RAF Valley on Anglesey, no trace of any debris was ever found. But, it made little difference to the people who believed that aliens arrived on Earth that night. At the same time, the publication of declassified documents in 2010 "poured cold water" on the idea that the so-called men in black were hiding something.
The files of the Ministry of Defense, posted on the Internet by the National Archives, officially explain the strange phenomena as the result of a bizarre combination of an earthquake and a meteor shower. The documents noted that an expert who conducted an independent study of the incident in the Berwin Mountains for the British Astronomical Society reported that a "fireball" was visible that night in most of the UK, and observations were obtained from places in Somerset, Norfolk, Manchester, and Edinburgh.
It was said that a certain object descended from a height of about 120 km to about 35 km before disintegrating over Manchester. At the time, Junior RAF Minister Bryn Mawr John outlined the official position in a letter to North Wales MP Dafydd Alice Thomas in May 1974.
As follows from the descriptions presented, it seems that these phenomena could well have been caused by a meteorite that, after flying through the atmosphere, burned up and finally disintegrated before reaching the earth. Such a hypothesis would also explain the absence of any signs of exposure.

Another document of the Maritime and Coast Guard Agency, which appeared around the same period as the files of the Ministry of Defense, also tried to explain the events that occurred at the beginning of that year. It turned out that a military operation involving about 10 military aircraft codenamed Photo flash caused a series of powerful flashes observed on the coast of North Wales and in Liverpool Bay.
And, although no more information was received from official sources about the purpose of this alleged military event, one UFO researcher believed that he knew the answer. Speaking around the time the MCA files were disclosed, Investigator Russ Kellett stated:
The operation was used to light up the coast so they could see the submerged vessels at sea. It follows from my conclusions that three separate vessels were thrown out of the ocean that night - military vessels were involved, and a collision occurred.

UFO AC Research Group believes that the collected eyewitness accounts differ significantly in testimony. Some claim about a glowing red ball, in the diagrams we see an object resembling Tr3b. The scheme resembles the B-2 Spirit, but its official first launch occurred in 1983.
Probably there were tests of similar equipment of pre-production samples. Red balls could also appear, since other equipment may be present during the tests, which has marker lights that could appear to be balls from afar. Was that really the case?
