Puerto Maldonado UFO incident

On July 19, 1952, at 16:30 at the Peruvian customs in Puerto Maldonado on the border with Bolivia.

Puerto Maldonado UFO incident

The attention of Inspector Domingo Troncoso and other employees was attracted by a very strange cigar-shaped object over the river. It looked like a large airship, flew very low, and moved from right to left from the position of observers. A thick plume of smoke or steam was coming out of it.

According to witnesses, the length of the object reached more than a hundred feet. None of the observers doubted the reality of the object, as it was clearly reflected in the waters of the Madre de Dios River.

So, what do we have in the source data? A photograph showing a cigar-shaped or saucer-shaped object flying in a horizontal position. The object has a loop, an inversion trace. Why is it not burning from a broken or broken engine? In this case, a fall would have followed, and as a consequence, the witnesses would have mentioned it.

Now answer us a question. How many UFOs do you know that fly on rocket propulsion? How many UFOs have you heard use internal combustion engines? UFO-AC research group has never heard of such a thing)

We immediately throw the zeppelin option into the trash, since the object did not fall, and such smoke could only come from a blimp that was crashing. There are two options left: an airplane or a rocket.

To check this, let's run a luminance gradient analysis and look at the image in a different spectrum after processing. We can observe that the illumination of the so-called UFO coincides with other objects, and the photo is authentic. However, it is not difficult to notice the real shape, hidden initially by the low-quality version of the image chosen for end users. We see the typical shape of an airplane. Thus, there is no mystery, this is an aircraft with an inversion trace. Sorry, but it turned out debunking.
